A charming Victorian weatherboard villa with a beautiful sunny courtyard, situated opposite the Chch Arts Centre on Montreal Street.



The Coffee House is a favourite with locals for its fine coffee, which they roast on the premises, home-baked cakes & superb NZ cuisine.



New steak menu available on our evening menu from 5pm and we also have


Emerson's beer on tap.
Open every day for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
